Known for his speed, agility, and sharp shot-making, Antonsen has won numerous accolades, including three World Championships medals and two European Championships titles. He reached a career-high World No. 2 ranking in the BWF men's singles and has consistently been a key figure in Denmark's dominance in team events. He played a crucial role in Denmark’s victories at the European Men's and Mixed Team Championships, winning gold in multiple editions between 2016 and 2023.
